The main function of the screen plate is to separate large uncut particles from the pulp and collecting them in other containers through up and down buffeting force.
The screen plate is usually made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, etc., and can maintain stable performance under the environment of long-time high-speed work.

Working Principle

The centrifugal and vibratory forces generated by the operation of the screen plate separate the fibers and impurities in the pulp. When the pulp passes through the screen plate, the fiber particles will pass through the sieve holes into the next process, while the impurities are blocked by the sieve plate. Through repeated screening, the impurities in the pulp are gradually filtered out, so that the purity and quality of the paper is improved.
