Product Description

Rubber roller is used in different parts of paper production line,including forming part, press part,drying part, applicator and coating part, calecder part and reeling end. There are many types of roller, such as couche roll, guide roll, suction press roll, blind press roll, paper guide roll,coating roll, calecder roll,paper drum etc.


Working principle

After the raw pulp comes out from the head box, it is evenly spread on the fabric, which is driven by the couch roll and guide roll, with a wiper hydrofoil under the fabric and a vacuum suction box, which is collectively known as the forming section; and then is the press section, including several pairs of press rolls up and down to squeeze the pulp; The next is the drying part,it is composed by dozens of drying cylinders, the guide roll can adjust the size of the angle of felt to adjust the drying cylinder and the contact area of the wet paper sheet, then to the sizing roller, generally it is used in pair. Calendering roller is the last procedure, after upper and lower surface calendering, the paper production is finished.
 

Manufacture process

Before machining, the engineer will give away the technology card for each process acc. to drawing for quality control.
During the machining, the workers will test the dimensions at each step, then marked in the technology card.
When machining finished, the professional testing personnel will do 100% retesting again.
