Forming Board
Definition:
The forming plate is the first element under the wire behind the breast roller of the paper machine. The forming plate consists of a set of wiper blades and is installed below the impact point of the pulp flow at the weir. There are usually 3-20 wiper blades, and there are certain gaps between each scraper blade.
Structural principle:
The special design structure of the forming plate is that it can be installed close to the breast roller, and a breast roller scraper can also be installed. It can move forward and backward and can be adjusted to the optimal spray point of the slurry to achieve good paper forming and dehydration. Effect.
The forming plate consists of a box body and a panel.
The box body is made of stainless steel, and the substrate is ultra-high molecular polyethylene or glass fiber reinforced plastic; the box body is annealed or high-frequency vibration is used to eliminate stress and reduce deformation to ensure quality, and the surface is sandblasted to make the appearance beautiful and elegant. Panels are divided into ultra-high molecular polyethylene panels, alumina ceramic panels, zirconia ceramic panels, and microcrystalline panels. According to different paper machines, different paper types and different speeds, customers can choose different panels. The panel is processed as a whole, using special machine tools and special processing techniques, so that the overall processing precision is high, the surface is flat, the finish is high, smooth and delicate, and paper defects caused by the retention of fine fibers and top slurry can be avoided during use, and it is easy to control The water line can avoid the damage caused during the dehydration process that is not conducive to the formation of the paper sheet, reduce the difference between the two sides of the paper, greatly improve the uniformity and smoothness of the paper, create a water film between the net and the dehydration element, and improve the wear resistance. Greatly reduce network consumption and energy consumption.
Material:
Wear-resistant and has sufficient stiffness, the board surface remains straight, and the front edge of the slats is neat and not warped.
Traditionally made of hardwood, now stainless steel structures are often used, with surfaces inlaid with high-density polyethylene panels and ceramics. Ceramic panels sintered with alumina have good performance, wear resistance, and smooth surface, and are now more and more commonly used.
Function:
It plays the role of supporting the net and controlling the dehydration amount of the net section. Support the forming wire to prevent the forming wire from sinking due to the impact of the paper material; ease the early dehydration of the paper material, ensure the quality of the paper sheet formation, reduce the loss of fine components, make the distribution of fine fibers and fillers in the paper sheet more even, and reduce Two sides of the paper page.
Maintenance and Repair:
Grinding in three to four years; no human damage will occur if the machine is not shut down, and the FRP base material will not change due to changes in temperature.
